It is a big weekend in Tampa and all focus is on game preparation but wanted to be sure you all new I am doing a television show called "Inside the Huddle" this season that will be on TXA-21 on Sunday mornings at 11:30.

Me and Jay Ratliff will take turns hosting the show each week that is filmed live at House of Blues on Monday nights at 7pm.

If you want you can come out to the House of Blues and watch us film the show. We will have another Cowboys teammate on with us each week and after the filming of the show the House of Blues is having a big Monday night football watching party.

The first show is this Monday and both me and Jay will be on the show this week to kick it off right.

I will probably post again here on Monday after the Tampa game so keep coming back..

Well looks like another year... It has been a long, long off season, especially I guess the way we ended last year made it even longer so now we have a little chip on our shoulder so we are back at it.

We have been back in Dallas after a good long training camp in San Antonio and everybody is really focused. Its always a tough, its really tough man, when you see a lot of people that have been through training camp with you not with you anymore after they cut the roster down but in spite of all that you got to come to work and be ready to perform day in and day out and that is the biggest thing we are dealing with right now just making sure we prepare.

Everybody is excited man and we are excited about this week, were excited about this season and we just got to have a will and a want to get to where we want to be in the end... It's gonna be fun... It's a lot of excitement man, a lot of the guys are ready to go and I think that's what the main thing we are preparing for.

I'm just real excited about the year man. I don't know exactly what's going to go on but I know I'm gonna have a role somehow and get some carries on offense and help out on special teams and do what ever I can to help our team win. Until that changes and the coaches ask for something different that's what I will be doing but I am ready, I'm ready to go. it's been a long, long, long off season.

I'm ready for year 2 and to prove it all over again because the NFL is nothing but a big proven league you got to prove yourself day in and day out of what you can do and who you are as a football player so man, I'm excited man...

I got a lot of things going on... I'm gonna be at the House of Blues on Mondays hosting Inside the Huddle so come out there and see me at the House of Blues when we film Inside the Huddle.

I also got my own website TChoice23.com where you can see all my little YouTube videos I'm gonna be posting up so you can get a feel for me and what I bring to the locker room. I guess it will give everybody a good laugh but man it's gonna be fun this year.

I will keep everybody posted and if you guys have any questions let me know and I will get to answering them and tell you about how we feel.

This week is gonna be a big week and I am looking forward to getting this thing started off on the right foot

I did a six minute piece on CBS-11 tonight with Bill Jones.  We talked a bit about the upcoming season but the exciting thing is that we really focused on the great locker room atmosphere we have going on right now.

 They showed three of my YouTube videos and promoted my website so that was really exciting.

 Starting tomorrow I will be the official blogger for the Dallas Morning News Cowboy Insider Blog and will be posting some of my videos there also when they are ready but you will always be able to see all my videos right here at TChoice23.com

Hey guys I wanted to make a quick little post to keep you guys updated.

 I am in Atlanta visiting my mom and hanging out with my family and friends.

 I went to see the Georgia Tech spring game and the team looked really good.

 It was good to be back home and see my old teammates and our fans at the game.

I'm only here for the weekend so I am going to go to church and head back to Dallas and get back to work.

Tashard Choice will be participating in the Grand Opening Celebration of the Arlington Highlands East on Saturday April 4th, 2009.

Arlington Highlands East is comprised of both dining and retail establishments. 

The evenings events will begin at 7pm and feature a ribbon cutting with many local dignitaries and sports figures including Dallas Cowboys Tashard Choice,  a Fireworks Extravaganza at 8pm and LIVE music to close out the night.
